New Haven Improviser’s Collective
The New Haven Improvisers Collective is a group of people dedicated to improvised music and interested in creating a New Haven Improvised music scene. The following goals are acknowledged.
Goals
1) Bring together local musicians interested in playing improvised music.
2) Provide a regular place for folks to play and develop as improvisers.
3) Develop venues for presenting the music for public scrutiny, celebration, and ridicule.
4) Provide a central web presence and other media promotion for New Haven area musicians.
5) Bring interesting musicians to perform in New Haven from New York City and beyond.
